Forgot to take photos again… But I remembered I ate at T-Bone, a Korean restaurant, and ordered their lunch special after my Sh’bam sesh.
Okay…still slow but at least I tried.
Exactly my two months, from 124.9 kg down to 16.6 kg. All of my endurance rests were doubled too. Still weal at the core, but I will get there. I am a slow loser, might be because of my PCOS, but I am content cos I know I exercise and eat clean as in no more pizzas (except last night), and coke. I hate anything sweet now. Thank you God for this journey.
Missed my two-day workout to finish my RRL and Methods section, so I had to go to the gym. In the afternoon, I went to Night Noodle Market, got lost with Luchi and walked for like 1.5 hours trying to go back to Toad. I was so soar.
